We're here to answer any questions you may have regarding your order, or about product knowledge. Don't go around searching in websites what might fit or what might not, we are only a call, text, email or click away.

When will my Order Ship?

Your tire will be shipped no later than 24 hours after placing the order excluding holidays. Sometimes we ship items as soon as 4 hours after order is placed. After tire is shipped we will update you with a Fedex Ground Tracking number. 

How do I make a return or exchange?

Yes, you can always return or exchange tires with us. It important however to understand who will be responsable for return costs: 


We cover return expenses when: 

- Wrong Tire (different from what was bought) is shipped. 

- Defective tire or damaged tire

- Tire got lost during shipping and was later found (Must be at least 14 days without any carrier scans or movement) 

- Tire is different from what is shown on website image. 


Customer is responsable for all other reasons for returning a tire such as: 


- Ordered wrong tire size

- No longer needed or changed mind


 For those returns that are not covered for free return labels, we can still generate return labels per your request. Cost for labels are as follows: 


0-30 lbs = $42 per tire

31-60 lbs = $53 per tire

60-100 lbs = $65 per tire

100-120 lbs = $80 per tire


Customers can also ship with their carrier of choice to our return address: 633 W. Belmont Ave Fresno CA 93728, United States and contact our customer support with the tracking number to track the item and issue a refund or exchange. 

What happens if a tire is damaged or defective?

That depends, if your tires is defective when it arrived to you, simply contact our customer support to start a damage claim, we will start a replacement order that same day once initiated. If your tire was damaged after being installed we unfortunately don't cover any road hazard warranties other than manufacturer defect issues. If you think your tire has a manufacturer defect then contact our support team to start a defective tire claim. 

Can I change my order once submitted?

Most orders when needed to be changed can be changed within a time frame, if the order has not yet been shipped or sent to our processing team, we can edit or cancel the order without an issue. If the tire has been shipped or delivered we would need to start a return or exchange request with our customer support team.
